The Black Starlets beat Greater Accra Division Two side Madina Republicans 2-1 in a friendly at the at the Aburi Apentem Republicans Stadium.

Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side raced into a two-zero at half time before adding the third.

Republicans came back to reduce the deficit by snatching a goal.

It is sweet revenge for Starlets who lost 2-1 to the same team last month in Prampram.

Ghana have been drawn in group A with host Gabon, Guinea and Cameroon.
